- Free Version: You may use the Free version for personal or commercial use without charge.
- Pro Version: A valid license key is required to access Pro features. This license is for a single user.
3. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or that it will meet your specific requirements.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Speaky or its developers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.
5. Refund Policy
Since Speaky offers a fully functional Free version to test before purchase, refunds for the Pro version are generally not provided unless there is a technical defect that we cannot resolve.
